From large and compact clusters, the grape is medium-sized and elliptical, with a greenish color and crispy pulp. Its flavor is reminiscent of apples and pairs very well with the Albariño variety. Its high acidity and good ripening make it suitable for raisining, used to produce sweet wines called "tostados," which are golden-amber in color, viscous, aromatically complex (raisins, figs, dates, barrel toasting), with a glyceric, unctuous, and long finish.
Weaknesses
Not very sensitive to oídio and botrytis.
