Albariño

The clusters of albariño are small, ripen early, and have medium vigor. The grapes are small, bright yellow in color, with golden and green iridescence, featuring elegant floral and fruity aromas, rich in nuances and sweetness. Its taste is fresh and smooth, with an alcohol content between 11 and 13% vol. and balanced acidity. Its aftertaste is pleasant, elegant, and complete. Due to its low yield, it is an expensive variety to cultivate.
Weaknesses
It is a fragile, delicate grape with low yield, which put it at risk of extinction until 1960, when the variety began to recover. Very sensitive to climatic changes.
