What data do we collect?
When you register as a user with VINOSELECCIÓN, send a request for information or contact us by email or telephone, we may ask you to provide us with a series of personal details and information such as your first name, surname, address, email address and contact telephone number.
Commercial communications will be sent using a specific platform that will include links and minute, transparent images that will be associated with your email address. That way, when one of these images is downloaded or the links contained in the email are accessed, VINOSELECCIÓN will be able to know for statistical purposes whether the email has been opened or whether any links have been accessed from that email. You can prevent this by configuring your email manager or programme to prevent images from being downloaded automatically and by not accessing the links included in the emails you receive.
To purchase products from our store, you must either log in as a registered user or make a purchase without registering. In both cases, you will be asked to provide a series of personal details, such as your first name, surname, address, telephone number, delivery address and bank/credit card details, among others. We may also ask you for further details if the recipient of the product is different from the person placing the order. In these cases, you have this person’s consent to provide us with the information needed to deliver the order to their address.
