I don´t remmember my password

If you don't have a password, you can recover your password here or contact us.

Where can I change my password?

You can change your password in the “My Account” section --> Account Information. Click on “Change Account Password” --> Fill in the required fields and click on the “Save” button.

Where can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in the “My Account” section --> Address Book --> Default Shipping Address and click on the ‘Modify’ button. Change the necessary fields and click on the “Save Address” button. The shipping address will be updated. You can do the same process with the billing address.

Where can I change my payment method?

You can change or update your payment method in the “My Account” section --> Payment Methods. If you have a card, click delete and re-enter the details. Then click the “Save” button. If your payment method is PayPal, you only need to select it when making the payment.

How can I unsubscribe?

If you wish to unsubscribe as a Vinoselección customer, please contact us.
My Order

How can I view my orders?

Currently, you can only view orders you have placed online via the website in the ‘My Account’ section --> My Orders.

I am unable to complete my purchase.

Go to the ‘My Account’ section. Check all the shipping and billing address information in the ‘Address Book’ section and also check all the ‘Payment Method’ information. Once you have ensured that all the information is complete and correct, try placing the order again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us.

I have not received the order confirmation email.

If you have not received any of the communications, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it is not there either, please contact us.
Subscriptions

How can I subscribe to a selection?

Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ section via the menu. Choose your preferred selection. You can also add the latest selection to your subscription by clicking on the corresponding box. Complete your order and you will receive your selection periodically. This ensures that you always have a selection of exclusive products.

How can I cancel a subscription to a selection?

You can temporarily cancel your subscription to a selection in the section ‘My Account’ --> ‘Subscriptions to our selections’. In this section, by clicking on ‘Request temporary cancellation’, you can opt out of next selection. If you wish to cancel your subscription to a selection permanently, please contact us
