Where can I change my password?
You can change your password in the section ‘My Account’ --> Account information. You need to click on ‘Change account password’ --> Fill in the necessary fields and press the ‘Save’ button.
Where can I modify my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address in the section ‘My Account’ " -->Address book --> Default shipping address and press the ‘Modify’ button. Modify the necessary fields and click the ‘Save Address’ button. The shipping address will have been updated. You can follow the same procedure for your billing address.
Where can I modify my form of payment?
You can change or update your form of payment in the section ‘My Account’ --> Form of Payment. First choose whether you prefer to pay by direct debit or credit card. Then fill in the necessary fields and press the ‘Save’ button.
How can I cancel my membership?

How can I view my orders?
It is currently only possible to view the orders you have placed online via the website in the section ‘My Account’ --> My Orders.
I can’t complete the purchase
Go to the section ‘My Account’. Check all the details of the shipping and billing addresses in the section ‘Address Book’ and also check all the information in ‘Form of Payment’. Once you are sure all the information is complete and correct try placing the order again. If the problem persists, please contact us.
I haven’t received an email confirming my order
If you haven’t received any of the communications check your spam or junk mail folder. If it isn’t in this folder either you can contact us.
Selections
How can I subscribe to a selection?
AVia the menu in the section ‘Selections’. Choose the selection you prefer. You can also add the latest selection to your subscription by clicking on the related box. Complete the order and from now on you will receive your selection regularly. That way you can be sure you always receive a selection of exclusive products.
How can I cancel a subscription to a selection?
You can temporarily cancel your subscription to a selection in the section ‘My Account’ --> ‘Subscriptions to our selections’. In this section, by clicking on ‘Request temporary cancellation’, you can opt out of next selection. If you wish to cancel your subscription to a selection permanently, please contact us

Shipping expenses
A surcharge will be added to each order to cover shipping expenses, regardless of the number of cases purchased, except for special offers that expressly state that these expenses are included. The price applies to both Selections and orders.
Special offers
€10 discount
The special €10 discount is applicable to the first order you place provided that you are a new member and the order is for more than €40. If this discount is incorrectly applied, our agents will invalidate it.
Free gift of corkscrew
If this is the first order you are placing with Vinoselección, you will receive a professional corkscrew as a free gift. If it is not your first order, you also have the option of adding it to your purchase here. If the free gift of a corkscrew is incorrectly added to the order, it will subsequently be cancelled by our agents.

Free delivery
