The clusters are large and pyramidal in shape. The grapes are medium-sized, spherical, with thin skin and a yellowish-green color. They stand out for their neutral character, good alcoholic strength, and low acidity, making them the queen grape for the production of Sherry wines (biological aging wines through the solera and criaderas system). The wines they produce have aromas of the sea, dried fruits, and wood spices.
