The Galaxia 2025 is a rosé wine crafted in collaboration with Álvaro Casto, originating from the Dâo Demarcated Region, located in the province of Beira Alta, in the heart of Portugal. A coupage of the alfrocheiro, baga, and tinta roriz varieties. Three grapes that give this wine distinct nuances, making it unique, fresh, elegant, and with a certain complexity.

La Galaxia 2025 originates from the vineyards of Quinta da Pellada, which include the vines of Dâo. These lands are located in the mountainous region of the Sierra de Estrela, providing protection for the vineyards from the Atlantic Ocean winds. These vineyards, aged between 30 and 65 years and situated at over 550 meters above sea level, are planted on granite soils, with layers of sand and clay. All these factors make La Galaxia 2019 a distinct, fresh, and mineral wine.

Fento Wines, established in 2012, is a wine project created by winemaker and viticulturist Eulogio Pomares, using harvests from various growers in regions such as Condado de do Tea, Dâo, and Alentejo. The philosophy behind this project ensures that the character of the grape and its various nuances are expressed in these wines. Additionally, the production process stands out, involving the movement of the grapes from the vineyard to Galicia. This is the experimental philosophy embraced by the winery.

During vinification, the grapes are manually harvested and, after destemming, are pressed. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. In conclusion, La Galaxia 2025 is a wine with unique freshness and minerality that transports you to the D.O. Dâo, the region where its grapes are born.
