González Byass produces Croft Original Sherry from palomino fino grapes sourced from their vineyards in Jerez, grown on albariza soils and bathed by a warm climate with a high percentage of humidity. From the yema must of the grapes, after fermentation and fortification, the wine enters the fino solera and ages under the flor veil to be blended with sweet musts and enter the Croft solera, where it will remain for 4 years. The result is a refreshing pale cream that is light and sweet, with fruity aromas and a pleasant aftertaste.

The prestigious Andalusian firm González Byass presents Croft Original Sherry, a historic brand from Jerez, internationally recognized, and a must-have for aperitifs.
The exclusive use of the first pressed must of Palomino grapes (mosto "yema"), along with a measured production process, culminating in four years of aging under the traditional solera system, are the keys to the quality of this magnificent pale cream wine from the D.O. Jerez - Xérès - Sherry. Pair it with all kinds of salads, pâtés, or salmon dishes. It is also perfect as an alternative to dessert wines.
In appearance, Croft Original Sherry shows a pale gold color, clean and bright. It unfolds clean, delicate, and balanced aromas with notes of 'flor' and fruity tones. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, sweet, and with a pleasant aftertaste.
