Tío Pepe Fino Cuatro Palmas 2023 concentrates the same perfume of Jerez. An impeccable old amontillado that has been slowly crafted from barrel nº 3 of the La Constancia winery, in the Solera Museo. The result is an exceptional wine from the D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, complex, intense, and sharp, a true ode to the passage of time.

General Information

Tío Pepe Fino Cuatro Palmas 2023 masterfully demonstrates the ability of albariza soil and the palomino fino grape to age with the most remarkable elegance. Only time and the expertise of the Jerez winery Tío Pepe contribute to the creation of this authentic vinous masterpiece. Winemaker Antonio Flores selected cask no. 3 from the Solera Museo at the Constancia Winery, which housed a very old amontillado with unique characteristics, capable of elevating any dish from our gastronomy but especially suitable for pairing with very aged cheeses, mojamas, salted fish, and even chocolate. Full of complexity, intense and sharp, with great concentration and very powerful on the palate.

Tío Pepe Fino Cuatro Palmas 2023 is part of the Finos Palmas collection from the winery integrated into the González Byass wine empire. The selection of this exceptional edition was carried out with the assistance of the renowned Tim Triptee, wine director at Christie’s auction house.

González Byass traces its origins back to 1835, when Manuel María González decided to venture into the business of Jerez wines, so highly appreciated in England. The guidance of his uncle José Ángel de la Peña gave rise to the name of the famous brand Tío Pepe. González purchased a small winery in the town of Cádiz and partnered with Robert Blake Byass. This partnership marked the beginning of what is possibly the most internationally renowned Spanish winery.
