Sauvignon Blanc
The clusters are medium-sized, with medium-sized fruits, round shape, and yellow-golden color when ripe. It produces elegant, dry, and acidic wines with subtle aromas (in very warm climates, it may develop only slight notes of peach and floral tones). Oak aging is sometimes used to give the wine more body.
