In the Rueda Designation of Origin, Bodegas Familiares Matarromera, founded by the renowned entrepreneur Carlos Moro, has designed a functional winery to make the most of the resources offered by the verdejo and sauvignon blanc varieties. The facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel tanks and a perfectly conditioned collection of French barrels, which is renewed annually.

In the visual phase, Emina Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a very pale straw yellow color with a steely rim.
On the nose, it features tropical aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, green mango, boxwood, and herbal tones; all of this on a subtle citrus background, red pepper, and white flowers.
On the palate, it presents an excellent balance between volume, body, and acidity. A lively white wine, endowed with a pleasant final bitterness and excellent length.
