Ceramic Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a single-variety Sauvignon Blanc fermented in 500‑litre toasted barrels with Icelandic volcanic rocks. Its name, Ceramic, from the ancient Greek keramiké (made of clay), directly alludes to its unique method of ageing in a clay amphora, which contributes a fresh acidity, generous mouthfeel, and a long, elegant finish.
