He began his career as an advisor to cooperatives and companies in the wine sector in 1987. At Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana, he progressed from laboratory technician to industrial director and currently performs the role of enólogo.

Monitoring of the process, from grape ripening to bottling, ensuring at all times the highest quality of the wines produced.
