Garnacha tintorera

The clusters are medium-sized and short, with medium spherical berries of a bluish-black color. As a particular characteristic, its pulp has a dark cardinal color, instead of being translucent like other varieties.

It is a variety with a high content of phenolic compounds, as not only the skin is highly colored, but also its pulp. It produces wines with intense color, unique, bold, and with pronounced fruitiness.

Weaknesses
Especially sensitive to mildew and excoriosis (which affects the wood of the plant).
