Jumilla has evolved very quickly, as there were many things to discover. In this evolution, I have participated in different styles and various winemaking methods. Since 2005, we have been in a new stage of development, that is, the experience of vineyard cultivation and understanding the climate and conditions endured by the high plateau of Murcia, where Finca Casa Castillo is located, take us to a typically Mediterranean landscape. This is precisely what we aim to capture in the wine, with all its consequences. Mediterranean wines, generous in color and body, incredibly fruity, with multiple mineral nuances from the soil and spices derived from their careful aging in 500-liter foudres made from the finest French oak.
