That is why, in Ribera del Duero, Legaris inaugurates a new style of wines.
Professional career
He began his career as a technician in the viticulture department of the Hijos de Antonio Barceló group. Subsequently, he worked as an assistant winemaker at Bodegas Peñascal (Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León), Viña Mayor (D.O. Ribera del Duero), and Casa de las Cuatro Rayas (D.O. Méntrida). Before joining the Raventós Codorníu Group, he managed both the winery and vineyards of Caserío de Dueñas (D.O. Rueda). In 2008, Bombín was appointed winemaker at Legaris. Currently, he also oversees the winemaking operations at Tionio, the other Raventós Codorníu winery in Ribera del Duero.
