Legaris Sauvignon Blanc 2025 comes from vineyards planted more than two decades ago in the Valladolid municipality of Peñafiel. These vines are located at an altitude of 750 meters and are cultivated on poor, stony soils with good aeration and drainage. The foreign sauvignon blanc variety has shown a good adaptation to the distinctly continental climate of this Castilian area, and this white wine with great aromatic intensity, elegance, and sensational persistence is a fine example.
