Professional career
Javier Aladro was born in 1972 in Jerez de la Frontera and grew up in a family dedicated to the world of wine for several generations. His professional career began in the Duero as a laboratory manager in a winery. Two years later, he took on the management of another winery in the south of the Ribera, where he worked as an oenologist, technical director, and group quality manager for 20 years. In 2023, he assumed the technical direction of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has combined his work activity with attending courses to improve his training. During these years, he has worked in various educational centers in the wine world and has taught numerous technical courses.
