Symington Family Estates is the only Port wine group managed by a family. They own four of the finest wineries in this prestigious Portuguese wine region: Graham's, Cockburn's, Dow's, and Warre's. Additionally, the family owns a total of 940 hectares of vineyards in the Douro Valley, spread across 25 quintas, including the iconic Quinta do Vesuvio and the renowned Malvedos, Bomfim, and Cavadinha.
The Symingtons are members of the exclusive association Primum Familiae Vini, an international entity created in 1992 to bring together some of the world's best winemaking families. Other members include historic wineries such as Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Marchesi Antinori, and the Spanish Vega Sicilia and Torres.
