Professional career
Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana, made up of more than 400 members, is the most important cooperative in terms of membership within the D.O. Rías Baixas. It has 200 hectares of its own vineyards spread across more than 1800 plots, characteristic of the Galician minifundio, and located in the Salnés Valley, the birthplace of the finest albariños.
