In its short history, this carefree single-varietal Albariño has become one of the consumer's favorite labels. We present to you the new vintage: Lolo Albariño 2025. On the nose, citrus and white and stone fruit aromas dominate; on the palate, it is fresh, with volume, sweet, and fruity.
Lolo Albariño 2025 is crafted from grapes grown in the Salnés Valley, considered by many to be the best area of the D.O. Rías Baixas. A 100% Albariño white wine sourced from the youngest vineyards of the Paco & Lola winery, cultivated on sandy-loam, granitic, and slightly acidic soils. Playful and alluring, this Albariño showcases a minimalist and naïve image.
Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 by the Arousana Wine Cooperative Society. It is the most important cooperative in the D.O. Rías Baixas, comprising 400 members who own 200 hectares of vineyards in the Salnés Valley; an extraordinary viticultural heritage in a region like Galicia, characterized by smallholdings. Their wines are crafted under the guidance of Cayetano Otero, the most awarded winemaker of the D.O. Rías Baixas in recent years.
Lolo Albariño 2025 is the ideal white from Rías Baixas to pair with seafood, fish like oven-baked sea bream, or Japanese cuisine such as salmon nigiri.
