Our philosophy is clear: to produce cavas of the highest quality for haute cuisine, select wine shops, and, in general, for lovers of fine cava, always in very limited productions.
Professional career
Works exclusively with free-run juice from the Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Garnacha, and Pinot Noir varieties, mostly sourced from the family-owned estate in El Sot (Subirats).
