1992-1994: D.O. Vinho Verde (Vinicola Sotomayor). 1994-1998 D.O. Monterrei (Bodegas Ribera del Tamega). 1998-2016: Founding partner of the company Tecnología Enológica del Salnes S.L. Currently responsible for the technical management of 18 wineries, 17 wineries in D.O. Rías Baixas and 1 winery in D.O. Monterrei.
