Professional career
He began his professional career in Catalonia, producing sparkling wines and still wines. Later, he worked as a winemaker at one of the few wineries with Denominación de Origen Pago in Spain. Finally, more than 6 years ago, he joined Bodegas Familiares Matarromera. He is currently the winemaker for two of the group's wineries: Bodegas Emina Rueda and Bodegas Cyan.
