Graciano

The clusters are compact and elongated, with small, spherical, rough berries of a bluish-black color. It has good acidity, and the alcohol content is not very high (which makes it sensitive to oxidation). It is usually used as a complement to other varieties (for example, Mazuelo or Tempranillo), adding freshness to the blend. Single-varietal wines have a purplish color with blue hues, red fruit aromas with a hint of bitterness that softens if aged in barrels. It is highly valued because it gives wines greater longevity. It is called "La gracia del rioja" due to the fresh and fruity aromas and the color it contributes to the wines.
Weaknesses
It is quite resistant to diseases.
