Côtes du Rhône

The protected appellation Côtes du Rhône, with more than 37,000 hectares of vineyards, is one of the largest in France, covering six different departments in the southeast of the country (Rhône, Loire, Ardèche, Gard, Drôme, and Vaucluse). It is part of the Rhône region, one of the warmest in the French wine-growing areas.
