Pepe Raventós

Professional career
Pepe Raventós has been connected to the world of cava since childhood, as it could not be otherwise. He spent entire summers harvesting in Sant Sadurní and working in Saint Emilion, with a firm goal of learning to craft terroir-driven red wines. He has worked with Didier Dagenau in Poully Fumé, Olivier Lamy in Saint Aubin, Herald Hexamer in the Nahe, and Phillippe Blanc in Alsace. In 2001, he joined Raventós i Blanc.
