At Los Aljibes, both traditionally Spanish grape varieties (tempranillo, garnacha, garnacha tintorera, or verdejo) and others that have adapted very well to the estate's climate (syrah, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay) are cultivated. All of this adds greater complexity to the wines, aiming to bring out the best characteristics of each grape and achieving a wine with maximum expression.
