Professional career

This vigneron from the lands of Soria, as he likes to call himself, began his journey in the world of wine in his native country in 1996, with collaborations at the prestigious Bordeaux wineries Château Léoville Las Cases and Château Mouton Rothschild. In 1999, he was in charge of the Château Nénin vineyard in Pomerol.

Once in Spain, he collaborated in Priorat with Álvaro Palacios and was co-founder and technical director of Dominio de Atauta from its inception until 2010. Currently, he is the winemaker and owner of Dominio de Es and Bodegas Antídoto, in the Sorian Ribera del Duero.
