Roselito Rosado 2025
Despite being a traditional coupage of tinto fino and albillo, sourced from old vines, Roselito Rosado 2025 is, thanks to its unique personality, one of the most original rosés produced in Ribera del Duero.

Roselito 2025 is the younger sibling of Le Rosé, the renowned high-end rosé from Bodegas Antídoto, the winery established in 2011 in the Ribera del Duero region of Soria by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. It shares with its predecessor a meticulous selection of the finest fruits and a carefully crafted production process. This results in a well-balanced blend of tinto fino or tempranillo red grapes and albillo white grapes, all sourced from the old vines cultivated by the winery south of the Duero River, on sandy soils with an abundance of pebbles.
After the manual harvest of the grapes, Bodegas Antídoto carried out the vinification process. First, the whole grape clusters, combining red and white grapes, underwent direct pressing for fermentation in stainless steel tanks over a period of 21 days, followed by a two-month aging on fine lees. Roselito 2025 boasts a pronounced intensity and delicate balance, influenced by the unique climatic conditions of the vintage. Its complex and subtle floral aroma, along with the acidity it reveals on the palate, makes it the ideal rosé to pair with salads, fish, seafood, and dishes such as meatballs in sauce.
