General Information

With Le Rosé de Antídoto, Bertrand Sourdais, winemaker and owner of Bodegas Antídoto, managed to create one of the best rosés in Spain, rivaling the renowned ones from his native France.

Le Rosé de Antídoto 2022 is the new vintage of the signature wine from the winery based in San Esteban de Gormaz, a rosé that stands out due to the notable influence of its vineyard of origin: La Casilla, a terroir with calcareous soils located at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level. The meticulous production process, which includes direct pressing of whole clusters in the Champagne style, as well as fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels, results in a magnificent rosé from Ribera del Duero that ranks among the best in its category.

Bodegas Antídoto is one of the most interesting wineries in the Soria area of the Ribera. Founded in 2010 through the joint initiative of Bertrand Sourdais (co-founder of Dominio de Atauta) and David Hernando, it produces exceptional wines, dominated by Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and distinguished by a unique and well-defined personality, as exemplified by this Le Rosé de Antídoto 2022 that we recommend to you.

The winery

Bodegas Antídoto
Bodegas Antídoto is a unique project characterized by distinction and origin. Founded in 2011 by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando, two professionals with extensive experience in the wine world, the winery is located in San Esteban de Gormaz (Soria), south of the Duero River.

After his time at Dominio de Atauta, Bertrand Sourdais created Bodegas Antídoto as the expression of his need to continue crafting unique, distinct wines that reflect the Sorian lands that so captivated him since his arrival in the region in 1999.

The wines of Bodegas Antídoto come from old vineyards of tinto fino (tempranillo) and albillo, cultivated as a whole following organic viticulture principles.
