Viognier
This grape is capable of aging gracefully. The wines are fine, highly aromatic (floral notes such as magnolia; fruity, like apple and mango; hints of herbs like honeysuckle; and spices like vanilla) and complex. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, with a firm structure and a long finish. Its structure and complexity are attracting more and more enthusiasts.
