Terramol

Located on the La Mola plateau, the highest point of Formentera, Terramoll is one of the pioneering wineries behind the revival of the island’s winemaking tradition. Founded in 2000, the estate was established with the ambition of demonstrating Formentera’s remarkable potential for producing high-quality wines deeply connected to their Mediterranean surroundings.

Its 14 hectares of organically farmed vineyards are planted on calcareous clay soils and are continuously shaped by the influence of wind, sea salinity and abundant sunlight. The historical absence of phylloxera on the island has helped preserve a valuable viticultural heritage and further enhance the distinctive character of its wines.

Terramoll is committed to organic viticulture, hand harvesting and a respectful winemaking approach designed to express the vineyard’s character with authenticity. Each grape variety is vinified separately in order to preserve its identity and highlight its unique sense of place.

The wines of Terramoll are distinguished by their Mediterranean, fresh and mineral profile. Saline and aromatic whites, delicate rosés and balanced reds reflect the light, the sea and the austere landscape of Formentera, always with a strong expression of origin.
