The clusters are medium-small, cylindrical, short, and compact. The berries are small, circular-ovoid, with good alcoholic and glyceric potential, which adds volume and character to the wine, along with good acidity, making it suitable for aging in oak barrels. This enhances the aromatic character of the variety, with white acacia flowers, pineapple, and balsamic notes, complemented by the aromas from the wood (cedar and ginger), resulting in a complex and long-lived white wine.
