Chenin blanc
Its clusters are medium-sized and compact. The berries are also medium-sized and golden in color. Clearly fruity aromas, with a dry taste. It is one of the most widespread varieties for making white wines (dry, semi-dry, and sweet). In some cases, it is used as a base to produce sparkling wines or champagnes. Visually, it presents a pale greenish-yellow color, sometimes with golden reflections. It unfolds aromas of hazelnut, honeysuckle, sponge cake, honey, and candied fruits. On the palate, it has balanced acidity, with flavors of apple, walnuts, hazelnuts, and honey. It is used to produce fruity and light wines, always with good acidity, which provides freshness.
