“Question everything, honor tradition, and create with purpose.”
Curiosity and a passion for wine have defined his professional journey. Always seeking new opportunities to learn and improve, he discovered his calling at an early age while accompanying his grandfather, who worked at a winery.
At Borsao, his goal is to craft wines that are both accessible and complex, capable of expressing the unique character of Garnacha—the winery’s signature grape variety. He enjoys working with different types of barrels and exploring how each nuance enriches the wine's final profile. For Víctor, being part of Borsao means sharing emotions and moments of enjoyment with people around the world—a connection he considers one of the most rewarding aspects of his profession.
