Professional career
He began his professional career as an enólogo at Grupo Faustino. In March 2000, he joined Bodegas La Val as an enólogo and later also took charge of the technical management of the vineyard.

Training
Graduate in Chemical Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela and Master in Viticulture, Oenology, Marketing, and Wine Legislation from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
