Professional career
Oenological consultancy in different wine-producing regions of the country, ranging from D.O. Tacoronte-Acentejo (Tenerife) to Somontano (Huesca). Currently, he is the technical director of two wineries owned by CVNE: Viñedos del Contino (D.O.Ca. Rioja) and Pagos de Galir (D.O. Valdeorras). Simultaneously, he is developing two personal wine projects in Aragón: Cutio and Mas de Mancuso.
