Professional career
The professional life of Jaime Suárez has been connected to the world of wine since 1998, covering all positions: from cellar worker (1999-2000, Bodegas Ledas Viñas Viejas), cellar manager (2000-2001, Bodegas y Viñedos Garanza), and winemaker's assistant (Château Thieuley, Bordeaux; St Hallett Wines, Australia...), to winemaker (Bodega Cyan, Viñas del Cenit...).
He has worked in various countries and regions: Bordeaux, Australia, Toro, Tierra del Vino de Zamora... Additionally, from 2011 to 2016, he led his personal project: Quínola (D.O. Toro). Since 2016, he has been the winemaker at Dominio de Atauta (D.O. Ribera del Duero).
