Bodegas La Celestina

In 2004, the prestigious winery Dominio de Atauta launched another project under the name Atalayas de Golbán, recently renamed as Bodegas La Celestina. A winery based in Atauta, 7 km from San Esteban de Gormaz, which benefits from the winemaking team of Dominio de Atauta and works with vineyards from the Soria region as well as other villages in Burgos.

It shares the philosophy of the parent company regarding the highest quality standards and a manual and artisanal approach, with hand harvesting, selection tables, and meticulous winemaking processes aimed at showcasing the maximum potential of the grape. Bodega La Celestina includes several wines, among them Viridiana, La Celestina Crianza, La Celestina Vendimia Seleccionada, and Linde Crianza.
