Description of their own wines
"We focus our efforts on the selection of grape qualities and their detailed production, the proper management of the barrel park, the continuous reclassification of the types and qualities of our wines from production to bottling, the systematization of the appropriate technological approaches for each case, and ensuring optimal cleaning and hygiene conditions throughout all processes. To this, we add our cost policy, which is based on the belief that it is not necessary to pay a lot to drink well."
Professional career

Since its foundation in 1973, Olarra has been characterized by the beauty and complexity of its facilities, known as "the cathedral of Rioja," distinguished by their Y-shaped layout and 111 hexagonal domes. Today, it is one of the most prominent wineries on the national scene, serving as a perfect ambassador for the great wines of Rioja. In addition to Olarra, the group includes the wineries Ondarre (also in D.O.Ca. Rioja), Castillejo de Robledo (D.O. Ribera del Duero), and the Manchegan Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle.
