Professional career
Toni Sarrión believed in Bobal, he loved this native Mediterranean grape. In the late nineties, he convinced his family to transform their livestock farm in the Valencian highlands into an ambitious winery project: Mustiguillo (2000). He left his previous professional life and studied oenology. He worked hard for 12 years in this corner, and in 2010 the reward came: the certification as Vino de Pago, an achievement never before attained by any winery in the Mediterranean.
