Merenzao
From tightly packed (very compact) small clusters, medium-sized grapes of bluish-gray color. When fully ripe, it has a good tannic concentration. The resulting wine shows intense bluish tones, has high acidity, powerful mineral, spicy, and wild berry aromas, and allows for long aging.
Weaknesses
It is sensitive to mites and powdery mildew.
