Airén
Airén is a highly productive variety that adapts perfectly to dry and very hot climates. Its clusters are large, loose, and yellow in color, and the grapes have medium-thick skin, soft pulp, and produce colorless juice. It requires short pruning. It produces wines with good aromas and moderate acidity.
