Veranza Blanco is a single-varietal white wine made from airén grapes harvested at night to preserve each note of its primary aromas to the maximum. After fermenting at 18 ºC in stainless steel tanks, it remained for 30 days with its fine lees before being stabilized, clarified, and bottled. Thanks to a measured and careful winemaking process, maintaining an inert atmosphere, it has been possible to preserve its varietal qualities, resulting in a balanced white wine with a pleasant freshness.
From start to finish, the entire winemaking process of this wine adheres to a philosophy of responsibility towards the environment by the winery. The personality and balance define Veranza Blanco. What does it pair perfectly with at the table? Young and with a very good entry, it pairs ideally with fish, seafood, and rice dishes. It also pairs with salads, all kinds of legumes, and fresh cheeses accompanied by nuts.
Veranza Blanco displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Nose dominated by aromas of white fruits such as apple and pear, followed by notes of exotic fruit (pineapple).
On the palate, it has a good entry and personality. A fresh and well-balanced monovarietal of airén.
