Pommard

The A.O.C. Pommard is, along with Volnay, one of the two appellations in the Côte de Beaune exclusively dedicated to the production of red wines. Located in Burgundy, covering much of the commune of Pommard, it spans just over 321 hectares of vineyards, nearly 116 of which are classified as Premier Cru. The wines born from all of these vineyards are characterized by their great power and moderate tannins.
