SONRÍE 0% White is a non-alcoholic white wine, fresh and expressive, crafted from a coupage of Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Moscatel and Viura, distinguished by its aromatic character and balanced palate, with a velvety texture and good volume.
The production of SONRÍE 0% White begins traditionally and continues with a completely respectful de-alcoholisation process, which preserves its varietal identity and friendly character. The result is a non-alcoholic white wine with a bright golden colour, good length on the palate, and a measured sweet sensation that complements its natural freshness.
SONRÍE 0% White was created at Bodega WIN, a project focused on non-alcoholic wines linked to the expertise of technical director María Sevillano, whose work is reflected in a carefully crafted style consistent with the bodega’s philosophy. This approach is evident in a wine that aims to offer enjoyment, balance, and a modern interpretation of non-alcoholic white wine.

SONRÍE 0% White enters the palate with a creamy step and a very balanced sweet sensation. It pairs very well with a cheese board accompanied by nuts, with rice and chicken curry, and with an apple tart at the end of the meal. It also works as an aperitif, alongside light and tasty starters.
