Since Rafael Cambra began producing Minimum in 2003, the Valencian winery has evolved significantly. Minimum 2020 represents the beginnings of this small producer, when he worked with limited resources but great enthusiasm, in a garage in Ontinyent. Just like back then, the grape and the environment are the main protagonists of his wines. In this red wine, the monastrell from 60-year-old bush-trained vines translates into an elegant, broad red wine with good acidity and full of freshness.
