De Casta Rosado 2025 is the result of the study and experimentation by Bodegas Torres with the Mediterranean varieties garnacha tinta and cariñena. One of the most intense, fruity, and characterful rosés on the national wine scene.
De Casta Rosado 2025 is an exquisite, unique, and also vegan rosé, perfect to enjoy at any time of the year. Its creation was inspired by Miguel Torres Carbó, father of the current president of Bodegas Torres. During the 1940s, on several of his trips, he received suggestions from some of the best tasters of the time for his winery to produce a rosé different from those dominating the market back then. Thus, after years of trials and hard work, De Casta was born, a coupage with a seductive aroma and silky palate, perfect to pair with all kinds of traditional tapas, appetizers, and vegetable dishes.
With a winemaking tradition dating back to the 17th century, the Torres family is one of the most important dynasties in the industry, both in our country and internationally. Their extraordinary heritage, which includes 1,800 hectares of vineyards in Catalonia alone, and the exceptional quality of their wines, present in more than 130 nations, continue to earn them all kinds of accolades, including being named the World’s Most Admired Wine Brand 2018 by the English magazine Drinks International. De Casta Rosado is a wine with a striking raspberry color and purple reflections.
On the nose, it is subtle and seductive. It is dominated by fine floral aromas (marshmallow) and fruity notes (pomegranate).
Silky and firm on the palate. A dry and very elegant finish.
