The renowned technical advisor César Muñoz and winemaker for several reputable national wineries presents us with his most personal and intimate project, Selección Personal César Muñoz. A winemaking initiative aimed at producing limited aging wines, based on some of the oldest and highest-quality vineyards in the eastern area of Ribera del Duero, where the altitude exceeds the average of the production area and where tempranillo expresses itself with great freshness and fruity character.
