The Chapoutier surname has been closely linked to the history of Rhône wine for eight generations, standing as a stronghold of organic and biodynamic wines. Since 2005, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, French winemaker Mathilde Chapoutier—under the supervision of Michel Chapoutier—has brought the Dominio del Soto project to life, embracing the same organic farming methods that her family has long practiced. A winery with 16 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the production of its wines.
